Location: India (Gurgaon)

Key Skillsets/Technologies:


  • Candidate should have 3-5 years’ experience managing and developing teams of 8-10 developers.
  • Able to implement and manage an agile development environment.
  • Partner with product management to create user stories and epics.
  • Candidate should build schemas for major projects like independent chat management tool, integrations with other client systems, AD {on prem, cloud, hybrid}, ERP/SIS, ticketing, telephony system.
  • Should have experience or hands on RPA tools
  • Should have done integrations with Telephony system from softphone and reporting perspective.
  • Should have experience in Bot implementation, setup
  • Experience in MERN stack (Node + React + mongo + express library) is must
  • Understanding of Database architecture and knowledge of SQL is required
  • Redis and elastic search knowledge would be an advantage
  • Should have worked on web apps and done integrations with applications
  • Knowledge of versioning control system like github, gitlab etc
  • Strong programming an algorithm skill.

Additional Skillset:


  • AWS - Architecture (Advanced)
  • AWS – Docker and Kubernetes {Intermediate}
  • Authentication Protocols - SAML, Oauth etc. {Intermediate}
  • Knowledge of frontend tools (React, Angular, Material UI) will be an advantage. {Intermediate}

KRA:


  • Maintain and upgrade the architecture from redundancy, security, and availability point of view.
  • Automate the prod release process via Jenkins.
  • Review logging from confidentiality, privacy and debugging standpoint and suggest changes.
  • Worked on both Frontend & Backend Technologies
  • Agile & Scrum technologies
  • Propose budgets for various projects and do software capitalization
  • Do effort estimation of tasks and work with team for timely delivery
  • Support and maintain deployed product.
  • Adhere to industry best practices for software development
  • Update technical documentation relating to design and coding
  • Keep an eye out for technology trends, open source projects, cloud technologies that can be leveraged
  • Create user stories, assigns tasks to engineers, and maintain Jira
  • Train new hires

Experience:


  • 3 -5 years of experience in managing development teams.
  • Candidate having knowledge and experience in Contact center technologies would be preferred.
  • Awareness about US higher education would be an advantage.
  • Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree or higher in the field of engineering.
  • Application should have good interpersonal skills, decision making skills and job seeker must have good written and coding skills.
