BlackBeltHelp Appoints Michael Zastudil as Vice President, College & University Partnerships

BlackBeltHelp, a leading OneStop student services and products provider, today announced the appointment of Michael Zastudil as the Vice President, College & University Partnerships, to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Over the last 20 years, Michael has helped higher education technology companies thrive through his deep expertise in customer success and service innovation, product management, and process improvement. Prior to joining BlackBeltHelp, Michael worked with Blackboard Inc leading their IT Help Desk business, focusing on customer success, sales, product development and marketing. Michael brings his talent and passion to BlackBeltHelp to assist the company in expanding business relationships by maximizing the customer experience through proactive leadership, innovative solutions and business development.

Driven to provide the right solutions for clients, Michael will create a best in class approach to all Customer Success activities at BlackBeltHelp. He will lead BlackBeltHelp’s efforts to deliver a world class experience for its clients by developing/improving internal and external business processes and overseeing client delivery. Michael will foster new business growth at BlackBeltHelp through greater advocacy and his insightful understanding of both current situations and future success factors, and his knack for balanced goal attainment will play a vital role in building the BlackBeltHelp brand.
