Middlesex College Selects BlackBeltHelp for After-hours IT and Canvas® Help Desk Support
CA, 2022: We are happy to announce our partnership with Middlesex College to provide After-hours IT and Canvas® Help Desk support. BlackBeltHelp’s robust and technology driven support will instantly connect students, faculty, and staff to the support they need beyond the business hours, weekends, and holidays.
Middlesex College will also leverage the Simplify Platform to assist users with features, such as simplify advisor, chatbot, SMS nudging and self-help. These products will help the college to remove student barriers while reducing administrative costs.

About Middlesex College:
Middlesex College, formerly known as Middlesex County College, is a public community college with its main campus in Edison, New Jersey. Founded by the Middlesex County Board of Elected Freeholders in 1964, the two-year college serves the needs of Middlesex County, as well as surrounding communities. The college also maintains two urban center campuses, one located in the Civic Square government and theatre district of New Brunswick and one in the city center of Perth Amboy. As of the Fall 2020 semester Middlesex College serves 10,085 students. The college offers more than 700 courses in 100 different degree and certificate programs with 21 specially designed transfer programs.
