Simplify – Student Worker Enhancements
- Ticket Re-escalate functionality upgraded to allow internal departmental Re-escalation of a ticket.
- Basis the ticket classification, “Ticket Escalated To” department will be shown to the user allowing them to verify before re-escalating the ticket.
- Ticket reassignment revamped to restrict ticket reassigned within the same department.
- UI changes
Simplify – Chatbot
Feature: Suggestions popup in the chat client
- Suggestions popup introduced in the chat tool, showing the suggested questions basis the user inputs.
- The user can choose from the options, edit it, and query the bot.
