Simplify – Advisor Desktop
Persona: Student View Enhancements:
- Single Sign-on based login enabled for students.
- Ticket creation and view information are the normalized basis of the end-user requirements.
- UI changes
- Simplify Topdesk integration is generally available.
- Topdesk ticketing and knowledge-based modules can now seamlessly integrate with Simplify Advisor Desktop.

Simplify – Chatbot
Feature: Transfer to live agent
- There is a new configuration.
- Whenever the live agent transfer happens because of some business logic, the user will “transfer to a live agent” or continue with the bot. Basis, the user, inputs the bot will do the decision making.
